U.S. M-ATV MRAP RC Military Truck, 1:16, Torro

 

The M-ATV was specially designed for use by the U.S. Troops developed in Afghanistan and belongs to the class of MRAP vehicles (Mine Resistant Ambush Protected). This means that the M-ATV (MRAP All-Terrain Vehicle) is resistant to mines thanks to its armored body and is therefore protected against attacks from an ambush. In addition, it is off-road and has been developed for use on poor roads and difficult terrain. The M-ATV has a weight of approx. 11 tons and space for 4 soldiers plus machine gunner. Around 10,000 M-ATVs have been delivered since July 2009.
